Kimberly Mitchell is a dedicated mother, wife, and co-owner of Home With Help, an organization that provides non-medical companionship, homemaking, and personal care services in Arizona.
After building a family and life in Mexico for 14 years, she moved back home to Phoenix to advocate for the elderly. Passionate about supporting women, she is on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and involved in Women for Women International, KNOW, The Dames and The Foundress.

As a corporate dropout and burnout survivor turned entrepreneur LaâVista is the founder and CEO of 31 Marketplace, an agency passionate about providing solutions for visionaries to amplify the impact of their work, without sacrificing themselves to do it. LaâVista and her team are on a mission to help these change agents bridge the gap between innovation and influence through sustainable podcasting, strategic operations and simplistic self-care.
